The founders of CLM aspired to combine their extensive experience and achievements in the recruitment industry, aiming to establish an environment where others could both learn from their expertise and thrive in their own recruitment careers. They wanted to make an impact on Automotive and Mobility Executive Search, by empowering employees and enriching not only their lives but also the lives of those around them. From the very beginning people have been at the core of the business, embodying CLM’s belief that ‘Every person matters.’ This is ingrained into our strategy, reflected in our behaviours, and present in every interaction. The evolution of CLM has created a strong team of over 20 people at our London headquarters. In January 2024, we opened our Austin office, with big plans to grow by hiring local talent and working with major industry players in areas like Automotive Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Clean Technologies such as Energy Storage, Hydrogen, and Battery Technology. In March, CLM expanded to Rabat, Morocco, marking an important step as we became one of the first consultancy firms in this sector to have a presence in the North African market.
