The Next Step

The Next Step is a recruitment and search consultancy dedicated exclusively to the Human Resources profession.

We make great things happen in the world of work by helping people find their people.

That means collaborating with businesses to create better ways for them to build and grow successful teams, and connecting quality talent with new opportunities where they can pursue their own personal and professional ambitions.

We do this by forging partnerships built on trust, respect and authenticity.
By taking the time to understand the unique drivers and personal motivations of the people we work with, we are able to bring about lasting, meaningful change for both businesses and individuals.

As Australia’s longest serving specialist HR recruitment consultancy, we stand apart because of the potency of our offering - unrivalled sector experience, insight and industry connections, underpinned by a true passion for what we do and genuine care for doing it well.
