Erik Wirz has held responsible positions at leading IT and consulting companies since 1997. He started his career at DEC and went on to work at Compaq and HP. He has held various management and senior management positions at local, European and global level. He successfully reorganized a listed medium-sized software house. He then took over responsibility for the indirect partner business in EMEA (Tier II) as Vice President at CA (Computer Associates) and built up the online consumer business for CA outside the USA. He then became Managing Director and member of the Executive Board at the SAP consulting company Cirrus Consulting, which was successfully sold to Swisscom IT Services in 2011. Erik Wirz has been working in executive search, retained search and headhunting since 2009.
