In 2016, we joined forces with Egeminplus and became Rialto Recruitment . What began as an ambitious growth path took on an international dimension in 2018: on November 5, 2018, we officially became part of PROMAN , a leading HR player with strong family roots. This collaboration brought us more than just economies of scale. It offered continuity, stability, and the opportunity to continue writing our story within an international network. PROMAN operates in 18 countries, has 1,278 offices, and employs over 120,000 people daily, serving over 50,000 clients. The company was founded in Manosque, France, and is now led by the second generation, under Roland Gomez. Within this international group, recruitment, selection, and executive search services continued to grow under one strong brand: WINSEARCH .
