We are a team of people with very different seniority, background and expertise, united by the pressure of excellence and career paths in the most prestigious international environments in their respective fields. We have all lived and worked in different countries and geographical backgrounds (we speak 7 different languages). We are a company able to combine the quality of large international companies with the dexterity that only a start-up can allow. This enables us to address each project with an ad hoc approach, methodology and fee structure designed upon the real needs of our clients. We are fortunate to perform a special job, a continuous search and exploration of the most fascinating subject matter in the world: the human being. We are aware of how our work has a great impact on the lives of people and organizations, and we do so with a great sense of responsibility. We like to look at life with confidence and positivity and we believe that it is possible to work very seriously, without ever taking ourselves too seriously. We began as 4 in early 2017 and today we are a team of about 30 experts. From our offices in Lugano we have conducted research in 14 different countries, building solid partnerships with over 100 companies, from small businesses whose growth we are supporting along the way, to large multinational corporations that choose us for our ability to maintain a qualitative approach with them in the various countries in which they operate.
