Samppa Nylund

Samppa is Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Helsinki. He has six years of experience in executive search at the highest level from a leading firm where he worked with Finnish and international companies in various industries. Samppa acted as an advisor especially for companies undergoing significant strategic or organisational changes. Before entering the executive search business, Samppa was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in the Helsinki and Stockholm offices. Samppa started his career in the technology industry and additionally has experience as an entrepreneur in the education business.
