In 2014, he was assigned a director role and tasked with the project of building out the business in the US market. Daniel maintained the core focus of the RDW vision and delivered top-tier executive search results across the American market, building the office to a multi-million-dollar business. Dan is an expert in management consulting and technology and maintains a powerful network of high-profile professionals in the space. Daniel's Story Daniel graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2003 with a first-class honors degree in Business Management and Finance. Since Daniel started working, he has shown a consistent track record of delivering on targets and growing business units. Prior to joining RDW, Daniel set up and lead the financial services contract desk at Spring Plc. He then started his own firm and was able to prosper in a challenging market.
