Originally hailing from Wellington New Zealand, in 2009 Holly embarked on an exciting journey to London. Fuelled by her passion for helping others find their dream careers, Holly now has over 10.5 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. Recruitment is a career she admits takes a lot of hard work, persistence and a genuine passion for what you do, but it is one that can lead to extraordinary success. Holly started at Australasian Recruitment Company as a Consultant, but she soon took on the role of Team Leader, then Manager and today she is proud to be the Director of the London office. Holly's love for recruitment goes beyond professional success. For her, there's no better feeling than connecting individuals with jobs they truly love. She thrives on the satisfaction of opening doors to new opportunities and careers that people might not have considered before. Growing up in New Zealand, her weekends would consist of tap dancing competitions with her mum and sister to then nipping to the field to watch rugby games with her Dad coaching and brother playing. From her years as a competitive tap dancer and teacher in her native New Zealand, Holly has developed a deep love for musicals and performing arts. She has a long list of iconic talent show YouTube videos and is well known for sharing them with colleagues, friends and family (whether they like it or not!). Rugby has continued to be another passion from an early age, and despite finding the intense pressure of watching an All Black game hard to watch, she's an avid fan of the sport.
