Born and raised in Switzerland, Roger has over 15 years of experience leading teams and management consulting. Roger holds a degree in engineering manufacturing and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Additionally, he has completed a certification program in Artificial Intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Leveraging his diverse industry experience in publicly traded, government-owned, and privately held settings, he is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and transforming organizations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, boating, running, hiking and, like a true Swiss, skiing and snowboarding.
