Claudio has an extensive career working with international companies in commercial and leadership roles. He brings a wealth of experience working in the transport, logistics, hospitality, tourism, and food/beverage sectors. After completing military service in Switzerland, Claudio earned his Bachelor’s in Tourism at the University of Lucerne. He then joined Kuoni Group, a leading European private equity company, where he held several managerial positions. As the former General Manager of two U.S. subsidiaries of Swiss multinational companies, Claudio gained invaluable insights into corporate cultures on both sides of the Atlantic. His experience as a hiring manager for Interhome and Kuoni has equipped him with a strong foundation in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching new employees. Before joining YER USA, he also founded his own consulting business in the U.S., aiding destination management companies with business development. For over 10 years working as an international recruitment consultant at YER USA, Claudio’s goal has been assist his clients with dedication and integrity to source the right talent.
