Bronwyn is a Partner of Maritana, based in Melbourne. Her search career began in London over 15 years ago when she joined a global firm, with her subsequently moving back to Melbourne to become part of their Australian practice for a number of years. Her focus was on search for for C-suite Executives and Directors in some of the largest Australasian and Asian businesses, as well as leadership assessments. Prior to joining Maritana she worked at a locally based firm focused on Board and C-suite searches, as well as leadership assessment and development work across a range of sectors. Bronwyn began her career as a strategy consultant with Accenture in Melbourne, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Germany with a focus on financial services and energy industry clients at a time of European deregulation. She then spent several years with Bank of America in London in a structured rates role, serving finance and treasury clients from large institutions across Europe. Bronwyn has a Bachelor of Economics (1st class Hons) from Monash University and an MBA from INSEAD. She is fluent in German.
