Jay Nguyen is a Partner for the Product & Technology Practice at Bespoke. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in January 2025. Prior to Bespoke, he worked at True Search and the Global Leadership Society as a Partner and Managing Director where he focused on placing Technology Leaders for Software clients. Jay also previously ran Global Executive Search for Intuit, a multi-billion Cloud and SaaS company. His unique experience spans across Venture backed start-ups, Private Equity, and Fortune 1000 Software companies. In his spare time, you can find Jay on the tennis courts with his two daughters. Their family goal is to go to all four tennis majors in New York, France, Australia, and England.
