Jenny is a recruitment consultant in Totum’s specialist marketing and business development (BD) team. She works closely with Joanna Milne, focusing on positions ranging from senior manager and above across all generalist and specialist roles. Jenny brings a wealth of experience from within the professional services world having previously worked in BD and marketing roles across a number of leading law and IP firms, including; Mayer Brown, Linklaters, Eversheds and Kilburn & Strode, where she was Head of BD & Marketing. She balances her understanding of operations within multinational firms, and what is required of BD and marketing specialists, with her ability to build relationships with people, and gauge best fit between candidates and firms. Jenny has also recently completed a three-year professional qualification in Therapeutic Wellbeing for Children and Young People, enabling her to support children suffering from emotional/behavioural difficulties and mental health challenges.
