First and foremost, I am a person, a professional recruiting expert and speaker. Through my sometimes provocative blog articles and lectures, I was awarded the title “Luther des Recruiting” in the HR scene. That is a heavy burden, but it fits. Because privately I am volunteering in the Free Evangelical Congregation (FeG) Cologne-Mülheim. You can even hear me preach here from time to time.
