Sabrina has over 11 years or recruiting experience in both Germany and in the U.S. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and HR management, she worked as a technical recruiter and Account Manager specializing in engineering and IT projects. Later on, Sabrina joined one of the world's second-largest staffing firms, where she gained additional experience in staffing, RPO projects, MSP/VMS projects, and executive search. After moving to the U.S. in 2015, she served as an MSP Program specialist for a talent management solutions company. Prior to joining YER USA, Sabrina worked for a large IT consultancy firm. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, homesteading, hiking, and family road trips with their travel trailer.
