Karina is a Principal supporting Bespoke’s Go-to-Market practice. Prior to joining Bespoke in 2023, she was an executive recruiter on DoorDash’s first in-house executive search team, where she focused on Product and Engineering leadership hires. Before DoorDash, Karina spent two years leading candidate development and research at SPMB Executive Search, a retained search firm serving venture-backed and publicly-traded technology clients. As the lead researcher, she executed on 20+ retained searches across a range of functional areas. Prior to SPMB, Karina spent two years in executive search at Parker+Lynch, where she specialized in full-cycle recruiting for middle-management and executive-level finance roles. She was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in 2019 for her performance. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Karina holds her Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has enjoyed living in sunny Southern California for many years since graduating.
