Lara is a recruitment consultant in Totum’s specialist marketing and business development (BD) team. She works closely with Jess Ramsey, focusing on positions ranging from executive to manager level. This includes generalist as well as specialist roles in areas including bids / proposals, communications, PR, digital, CRM, design, sales and client relationships. Lara is a highly experienced marketing and BD recruiter with over 18 years’ experience of recruiting into professional services, across law, accountancy, real estate and management consultancy sectors. She has a passion for delivering a high-quality service to clients and candidates. Outside of work and during the pandemic, Lara has been studying for a life coaching qualification, which will enable her to take a holistic view to working with candidates. She is really passionate about mental health in particular and supporting candidates into roles that will benefit their wellbeing as well as career aspirations. With a life-long interest in journalism, Lara also enjoys writing articles on the current market and changing trends.
