Rebecca Menzi is a consultant at Viavanta and has been with the company since its founding. With a decade of experience in executive recruitment, she has honed her expertise across a wide range of industries. Her responsibilities extend beyond developing and implementing customized recruitment strategies: she conducts comprehensive research, which is crucial for successfully filling key positions. Before joining Viavanta, Rebecca gained valuable experience in the executive search industry in Zurich, where she played a key role in numerous projects and delivered tailored solutions for her clients. As an active member of Kestria, an international network of boutique executive search firms with over 600 consultants in more than 40 countries, she contributes to the continuous development and strengthening of the network. Rebecca is a mother of two sons and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from HWZ Zurich. She lives in Wil, St. Gallen, where she enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her family and getting involved in social projects.
