Kristin Miranda is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder at CONSTELLATION SEARCH GROUP. She brings 25 years of leadership, sales and recruiting experience with both small and large organizations servicing clients ranging from early start up to Fortune 500. Currently, she leads a team of managing partners, recruiters and sales executives who have decades of experience in the following fields: Accounting / Finance, Digital /Creative / Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Technology and Executive Search. Before co-founding Constellation Search Group, Kristin was the Regional Vice President at DIVERSANT where she spent 4+ years building and expanding the Direct Hire and Executive Seach department through establishing best practices and streamlining sales operations. Her achievements helped create a new revenue stream for DIVERSANT which inevitably increased the EBITDA, resulting in a successful sale in 2021. Prior to DIVERSANT, Kristin was a Vice President at Robert Half. During her 10-year tenure, her San Antonio office was consistently ranked in the top 10% in the Permanent Placement Division. She qualified for 6 trips to “Reach for the Stars”, Robert Half’s annual President’s Club trip, earned by being ranked in the Top 5% throughout the organization. In addition, she achieved several Million Dollar Milestones and was selected for the prestigious "Top Gun" Sales and Recruiting Conference which is invitation only to the top 2%. Kristin holds a Master of Business Administration, Management from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and two children.
