Born and raised in France, Caroline holds a master’s degree in marketing and business policies, and over 7 years of recruitment experience. Prior to joining YER USA, she worked for an employment agency in France specializing in mechanical and industrial engineering. As a senior recruiter, she managed a team of 35 consultants, secured new business and sourced talent. Caroline previously served as a consultant for a global leader in human resources as well. In her current role as Director French Desk, she specializes in connecting French companies with top-tier talent in North America.
