Originally from the French-speaking part of Switzerland, Olivier holds a bachelor’s in mechanical/electronics engineering and has over 20 years of international executive management experience. He began his career as a Sales Manager at Hager Group, a leading supplier of solutions for electrical installations. In this role, Olivier established country-by-country sales strategies and policies, gaining extensive experience in both the Swiss and Asian markets, as well as his first experiences in team leadership and management. Olivier later joined Laureate Education, where he managed team selection and led teams of counselors across 15 Eastern European countries and throughout the Americas, with the mission to enroll students and expand sales and marketing programs in new markets. In 2008, Olivier moved to the U.S. with his family. Before joining YER USA, he owned an international business development consulting firm that helped clients with their global expansion efforts. As a people-oriented person, he uses a strategic approach alongside his insights gained from international management in Europe, Asia and the Americas, to assist, guide and support clients with their hiring needs. In his free time, Olivier enjoys playing golf, tennis, biking, and sharing great meals with family and friends. Additionally, he is active in his church community and advocates against human trafficking through Street Grace.
