​Lee is part of HFG’s governance team, looking after the Audit division across the wider insurance market and associated consulting firms. Core disciplines include: Internal / External & IT Audit. With over 15 years recruiting across the UK & London markets, specialising within Finance & Audit he has successfully completed assignments at newly qualified through to Director level across Lloyd’s, Life and General insurance businesses. Lee prides himself on providing a transparent, commercial and consultative approach tailored to the individual’s needs and future aspirations. He particularly enjoys understanding what really makes a client ‘tick’ and how important the hiring process is to the success of its operations.
