Since 2019, I have focused on rethinking EX practices, designing and facilitating training programs, and developing EX strategies for diverse organizations. Throughout my career, I have solved various problems for senior leaders, from identifying top-tier executive talent to implementing sustainable people strategies. My experience also extends to the nonprofit sector, where I co-founded a volunteer-driven tech organization aimed at addressing societal challenges through open-source digital tools.
