Combining his passion for inclusive development and his expertise in talent identification, Rhys is a Consultant in Prospectus’s Executive Search practice, supporting the appointment of senior leaders and board members across the not-for-profit sector. He works closely with clients to understand their strategic needs and delivers thoughtful, values-driven search campaigns that connect mission-led organisations with exceptional leadership. As a Consultant, Rhys has supported a wide range of exceptional clients across the beyond-profit sector, including UK-focused organisations such as Terrence Higgins Trust and the British Association of Art Therapists, as well as internationally focused organisations like Brooke and Plan International UK. This breadth of experience has deepened his understanding of sector-specific challenges, and the leadership needed to navigate them. Rhys is particularly passionate about participatory approaches to social change and community inclusion, with a particular interest in localisation and place-based strategies that empower communities to lead their own development.
