Lancelot joined Carisbrook Partners in October 2025 and is part of the Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, Legal & Regulatory practice, providing global coverage across buy-side and sell-side firms. Prior to joining Carisbrook, he spent four years working in compliance recruitment, primarily supporting commodities trading houses, brokerages, and hedge funds across Europe. Lancelot holds a First Class Honours degree in International Business Management from the University of Lincoln.
