A native Italian, Ivana has over 20 years of experience in corporate and agency recruiting, having worked with U.S. Fortune 500, international and local organizations. Known for her honest and consultative approach, Ivana leverages her multicultural background to offer tailored recruiting solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client. Prior to joining YER USA, she worked for a global staffing organization, implementing and overseeing recruitment efforts, and served as a senior executive recruiter for one of Florida’s leading talent solutions providers. She also worked at Carnival Cruise Lines, where she was responsible for recruiting and training multilingual staff. She also served as a communication and marketing coordinator for the American Red Cross. Ivana holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Human Rights Law from St. Thomas University and graduated from the Universita’ Orientale di Napoli with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is passionate about interior design and animal welfare. In her free time, she volunteers at a cat shelter, enjoys gardening, and loves traveling.
