Daryl works with candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and levels of seniority. His genuine interest in the legal profession – combined with hands-on experience working within law firms – gives him strong insight into what different firms look for in prospective hires.

This understanding has enabled him to successfully place individuals ranging from support staff to associate-level lawyers across a variety of firms.

Daryl is a graduate of the Mohawk College Paralegal programme, which supported his transition from a legal career into recruitment. He has a deep understanding of what candidates typically seek when considering a lateral move, allowing him to negotiate the best possible opportunities on their behalf.

Outside of work, Daryl is an avid CrossFitter and long-distance runner. He regularly competes in road races across North America and beyond, often raising funds for charitable causes. Most recently, he completed a 100km run over the month of November to raise money for men’s mental health.
