James has over a decade of experience at MWM, focused on senior executive and non-executive appointments alongside assessment work. He advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in retail, consumer, telecommunications, and industrial companies, spanning public markets, family-owned , and private equity-backed businesses. He joined the Firm in 2014. Since 2025 he has been a Member of the Advisory Council of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. He has an MA in Music from Oxford University.
