Graduating with a degree in English Literature & Business studies, Jane began her career in Events Management, predominantly in the charity sector, before joining Prospectus in 2005. Initially working on Temporary and Permanent appointments, Jane moved to the Executive team, specialising in Senior appointments across all disciplines including fundraising, grant-making and finance. After working and living in New York City for 7 years, Jane returned to the Executive Search Team as a Principal Consultant, now focusing on securing quality talent at Chief Executive, Director and Board level. Jane is a proactive and driven consultant who enjoys networking and is passionate about equality and diversity and has combined her corporate and beyond-profit experience to develop positive client and candidate relationships. She is part of the Green Team initiative, which is an internal steering group to share ideas and contacts for those who are passionate about the Natural world. Jane’s volunteering experience includes Fundraising, Volunteer coordination and Youth reading schemes, as well as working with New York Cares in Manhattan supporting seniors and immigration projects. Jane is a regular volunteer with local schools in Kent where she supports young people with mentoring and CV advice and is particularly passionate about supporting people who are facing significant barriers to the labour market.
