Ryan Jaco is the President and Founder of Constellation Search Group. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in Direct Hire, Executive Search, and Staff Augmentation. His leadership has consistently driven significant revenue, exceeding $10 million annually in previous roles. Before founding Constellation Search Group, Ryan spent 6 years at DIVERSANT, the largest African American-owned IT Staffing company in the US. He established and grew their Direct Hire and Executive Search practice, fostering collaboration with existing teams. DIVERSANT was acquired in 2021. Ryan's consistent high performance at DIVERSANT earned him five consecutive President's Club awards for leading the direct hire operation in sales revenue. Prior to DIVERSANT, Ryan spent 9 years at Robert Half. He built and led the top-performing search team among 75 global teams. This success resulted in multiple leadership promotions and six "Reach for the Stars" awards, The President's Club, earned by being ranked in the Top 5% throughout the organization. In addition, he achieved several Million Dollar Milestones and was selected for the prestigious "Top Gun" Sales and Recruiting Conference which is invitation only to the top 2%. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management and Operations with a Finance minor from East Texas A&M University. Ryan lives outside Denver, CO with his wife and three children where they enjoy skiing, hiking, golf and travel.
