Jacob Silverman is a Senior Principal on the Go-To-Market (GTM) team at Bespoke. Based in Austin, he joined the firm in 2025. Prior to Bespoke, Jacob spent four years focused on GTM recruiting at BetterUp, a pre-IPO unicorn startup, where he partnered closely with executive leadership to hire over 200 GTM employees. Before that, he was the co-founder of a scientific sensor manufacturing company where he ran operations, sales, and finance for the business. Jacob holds a Business degree from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and is a Certified Life Coach. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, softball and pickleball and is always on the lookout for new food spots to try.
