Born and raised in Denmark, Camilla holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London. With over 15 years of experience in HR and talent advisory, she has worked with leading public and private sector organizations across several industries. Camilla’s goal is to align her clients’ hiring needs with their business strategy. Whether working with startups, well-established companies, or organizations experiencing rapid growth, she focuses on identifying leaders who will not only meet the demands of the role but also connect with the company’s culture and values to drive success. Before joining YER USA, Camilla served as an International HR Consultant for the World Bank Group. In the past, she has also worked as a Trade Coordinator for the Delegation of the European Union to the U.S. and as an International Recruiter for the European Parliament in Luxembourg. Certified in personality assessments, she uses her expertise to predict future successful behaviors and ensure long-term alignment between leaders and organizations. In addition to her professional achievements, Camilla is dedicated to giving back to her community as Vice President of the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce Southeast in Atlanta. Outside of work, Camilla enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and embracing her Danish roots.
