​Erena studied Geography at UCL before spending four years working in pubs and bars, where she developed a love for working in fast-paced, people-focused environments. Wanting to continue building meaningful connections and helping others, she made the move into recruitment. Outside of work, Elena enjoys socialising with friends, exploring new places, and travelling whenever she can.
