As one of the founding partners of Coleman & Company Executive Search, Carol’s diverse, international life and business experiences give her the expertise to offer top-tier recruiting services to clients. Carol was born and raised in Latin America and attended university in the United States. Following a career in banking and with Citibank covering capital markets in New York and London followed by a stint running a non-profit in Taiwan, Carol co-founded Coleman & Company Executive Search based in New York. Over the years, Carol has conducted numerous searches in financial services with a recent focus on front-office positions in Real Assets including the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors. These positions have been located throughout the United States and Canada. Carol has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tulane University, and a graduate degree in International Management from Thunderbird (The American Graduate School of International Management). Carol has three sons and when not working can usually be found playing a racquet sport of some kind of digging in the dirt in her extensive garden.
