Dee is a consultant in Totum’s specialist finance and accounts division. He works alongside Martyn Draper, who heads up the team, and focuses on mid-management level roles, including titles such as finance manager, pricing specialist, financial analyst and financial accountant. Dee started his career in teaching, leading a sixth form college’s accounting, economics and business studies department. He has been at Totum for a number of years working across all sizes of law firm from magic circle to boutique operations. He’s an advisor and a trusted partner to a range of clients and is known for his pragmatic and authentic approach to clients and candidates. He enjoys being part of the high calibre Totum team, helping to build the strength of law firm finance divisions and delivering the highest standards of client service in this critical business services function. Dee has a Masters Postgraduate Degree in International Business Management from the University of Kent.
