Nieves has a strong passion for connecting people with fulfilling careers. Born and raised in Spain, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, and a master in human resources, laying the foundation for her deep understanding of human potential. She moved to the U.S. in 2013 and joined Teleperformance where she served as a Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining YER USA, she also worked at one of the world’s largest human resources providing, a leading human resources firm, and DB Schenker, a global leader in transportation and logistics. With over 13 years of recruitment experience, Nieves focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of her clients and candidates, and providing dedicated support throughout the entire recruitment process.
