Ali Rogerson is an executive recruiter with MRI-The Boston Group’s healthcare division. She has deep roots in Boston and graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Communications. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Ali spent 7 years in oncology practice operations and as a physician liaison. Her insider knowledge of healthcare operations coupled with clinical and non-clinical recruitment experience have resulted in successful placements with clients nationwide. She has lead teams, managed recruiting projects, developed benchmarks and trained junior staff.
