Erin joined our team in January 2025 as a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Support recruitment for Victoria. She manages both Temp and Perm roles on a dual desk. With five years of recruitment experience, Erin began her career in Business Support alongside Jade Melia, our Business Support Associate Director in Victoria, before moving into White Collar Construction recruitment. During that time, she formed successful partnerships with both large national clients and smaller independent builders. Excited to return to her roots in Business Support, Erin brings an energetic and service-driven approach to her work. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education Studies, which has shaped her people-first approach to recruitment.
