Previously, Jochen Mayer worked for over 20 years as an Associated Partner at the renowned “Management Angels” (now: EIM), supporting companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At the same time, together with Prof. Dr. Schallmo (HNU), he founded the Digital Excellence Group for consulting and training in the digital transformation of business models. After holding management positions in multimedia at Bertelsmann and in e-business at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, he now acts as a close advisor at the C-level. He understands the strategies and cultures of the companies he serves and is therefore uniquely positioned to introduce valuable external resources to support change and transformation projects.
