I started working in recruitment in 2019 after spending the majority of my working life up to that point as a Service Delivery Manager in the Corporate IT space. I started at Find in September 2019, working in the corporate (non-finance space). I have always worked with clients, but really loved the additional role in recruitment of working with candidates. This is a responsibility I take very seriously, as you become very involved in people's lives - their motivations, their considerations and their vulnerabilities. I actually applied for a recruitment consultant role fresh out of University and the recruiter told me I needed some experience under my belt before I could be an effective recruiter. That was very true and wise advice! But it's funny how I find myself recruiting 23 years later!I really love recruitment as it allows me to assist my clients to find outstanding people, whilst positively influencing the lives of candidates and their families. In addition to this, it seems to attract especially interesting, intelligent and crazy people, which is definitely the case at Find - an organisation that I am extremely proud to be part of.
