Originally from Bogota, Tatiana was raised in both Colombia and Spain, and has lived in the U.S. for over 12 years. With a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology and a master’s in business administration, she brings 14+ years of recruitment experience, having worked both in-house and for external recruitment services. Tatiana has worked in talent acquisition in both the U.S. and Colombia for leading manufacturing companies, including Coca Cola FEMSA, the largest Coca-Cola franchise bottler in the world. She began her career at Grupo Empresarial Nutresa, a Colombian multinational food processing conglomerate. During her time there, she introduced new hiring methods aimed at making the process faster and more cost-effective. Prior to joining YER USA, Tatiana also served as head of talent acquisition for a commercial leasing company, and worked as a senior recruiter at an American recruitment & consulting firm, where she managed a team of recruiters. In her current role, Tatiana focuses on helping German companies with their hiring needs in North America. Outside of work, she is passionate about health and nutrition and is a certified nutrition coach, as well as a high intensity personal trainer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
