Born and raised in The Netherlands, Robert brings extensive expertise in operations management and over eight years of experience in recruitment. With a degree in chemical manufacturing technology, Rob has worked across various European countries, including France and Austria, where he lived for over 11 years. He began his professional career at Infineon Technologies, one of Germany’s largest semiconductor manufacturers, where he held positions ranging from technician to product engineer. His success in these roles led him to, later on, become the Director of Operations at Infineon in the U.S. Rob’s previous experience also includes serving as the Manager of Engineering & Maintenance at Siemens. He also has held various managerial positions at Qimonda, which was, at the time, the second-largest DRAM company worldwide. Prior to joining YER USA, he also worked as a financial consultant in Richmond, VA. In his current role as Director of the European Desk at YER USA, Rob has been the top individual producer for two consecutive years. He makes his primary goal to build trustworthy, value-added and lasting business relationships with his clients and candidates.
