Victoria is a Principal Consultant on the Frontline team at Prospectus, recruiting for a variety of beneficiary-focussed positions across the beyond profit sector. Since joining Prospectus in 2015, Victoria has specialised in supporting a variety of impactful organisations, from homelessness charities, to domestic violence-related organisations. Victoria is passionate about delivering a personalised, tailored recruitment service for both her clients and candidates, understanding that a career in frontline support requires the most dedicated talent. Previous to working at Prospectus, Victoria graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in the English Language, and worked in commercial recruitment for 3 years, recruiting specifically for large Government accounts and health regulatory bodies. Victoria also previously worked in a frontline position for her local YMCA, where she gained a first-hand insight in to the effects of homelessness, which she now applies when recruiting for the sector.
