Max has over 14 years of experience in recruitment including 7 years in search and selection. Since 2013, Max specialises in senior executives and board of director appointments in The Netherlands with a primary focus on Finance.

Max joined Michael Page in 2005, being actively involved in the development of the Banking & Financial Services practice at Michael Page in Amsterdam. He then contributed to the development of Page Executive in The NEtherlands being responsible for Finance and Financial Services practices.

Prior to joining the PageGroup, Max worked for more than five years at Deutsche Bank as a Listing Agent within Corporate Banking. Next to this, Max is also part of the Training and Development team where he actively trains and coaches consultants and managers of PageGroup in The Netherlands.
