He began his career in the distribution sector at CC.CC. Continente, now Carrefour. He has held positions of responsibility in operations management and business development in both Spain and Latin America, where he lived for several years. His international experience also extends to Europe, Asia, and Africa. Carlos holds a law degree and completed a General Management program at IESE. He is a frequent speaker at leading business schools and universities and has written numerous publications and articles for media outlets. He is fluent in English.
