Prior to joining VWA, Manjinder worked as a Temporaries Consultant for a boutique recruitment consultancy in the West End. She then joined VWA on the Permanent Division, which she was head of for many years. Manjinder now brings her exceptional experience and market understanding to drive VWA’s growth and diversification. She remains very hands on as a Consultant, and works closely with both clients and candidates to advise and find solutions to their search needs. In her spare time Manjinder loves yoga and wishes she could do more of it! Food is also a real passion of hers and she loves to try out new dishes and enjoying them with family and friends. Watching films and going to the theatre are also ways that Manjinder enjoys spending her time outside of work.
