Mikela Szolansky brings over six years of recruitment experience to the company. She honed her expertise in recruiting and staffing executives and specialists through her previous role as Head of ICT Infrastructure at a medium-sized Swiss recruitment company. She has been working as a consultant at Viavanta since 2024. Together with the team, she develops innovative recruitment strategies, manages complex search mandates, and advises clients with a focus on the ICT, retail, and industrial sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political and Islamic Studies from the University of Zurich and is currently completing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the ZHAW School of Management & Law. As a mother of a young daughter, Mikela also brings valuable insights into work-life balance and modern working models to her work. She enjoys spending her free time traveling or being active in the mountains, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. To relax, she also enjoys swinging a golf club or immersing herself in a good book.
