Jen joined the Alexander James team with the unique experience of working as a professional coach for youth football teams both in the UK and New Zealand as well as in senior management positions at popular hospitality hotspots. These combined skills and experiences have given Jen the ability to not only connect with a wide range of people but also to identify their key strengths and assist them on their path to success. Having grown up in Glasgow, Scotland, and deciding to make Aotearoa, New Zealand home while visiting family on holiday, Jen’s no stranger to knowing when to seize opportunities when they present themselves which makes her the ideal person to work in recruitment as a dedicated Consultant. The challenge of recruiting for the tech sector appeals to Jen as it allows her to be methodical in her approach while still providing ample opportunities to learn and develop as the industry continues to adapt and evolve. It also helps Jen to know she’s got the full support of the Digital, Data & Technology team as she continues to learn and develop in placing talent for our dynamic clients. Jenn is currently on maternity leave, returning late 2025.
