Zach Paulson

Zach is a principal in the San Francisco office. He focuses on leadership and executive searches in the areas of product, data and engineering for venture capital and private equity-backed businesses. Zach joined True from Betts Recruiting, a boutique recruitment firm. As a founding member of their Silicon Valley branch, he built and scaled their technical recruitment division nationwide. Zach began his recruiting career with Insight Global, an IT staffing and services company, conducting searches primarily for software, high-growth technology companies. Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in media studies and a minor in marketing from California State University, Chico.
