Jan-Ruud is an all-round professional with an extensive background in commerce, recruitment/executive search, agriculture and marketing research. His executive search expertise is informed by his experience with firms such as Spencer Stuart and Financial Assets, as well as consultancies on finance, supply chains and agribusiness. He holds Master’s degree in Horticultural Economics from Wageningen University & Research, a BA in Horticulture from Hogeshool Inholland and a Certificate in Negotiations & Conflict Resolution from Harvard University.
